Admission and parking is free and if necessary on the Saturdays of our Easter, Harvest and Christmas shows we will run shuttle buses from the Schuylkill Valley High School. Reservation Policy for New Crafters

We only book one show ahead and we always give the participating crafters the first opportunity to reserve their spaces for the next show. This must be done by 4:30PM the first day of the prior show. Set up costs range from $25.00 to $60.00 per space, per day and as openings occur interested crafters will be advanced in location based on seniority.

Any new crafters interested in participating in future shows can call us at 610-926-1307 or stop by to make a reservation.  All spaces must be prepaid.  If there is a waiting list we will be happy to add your name to the list and as openings occur you will be contacted and asked to mail in payment. All new crafters will most likely start out in the field area.

Crafters without a reservation are welcome to stop by the morning of any show for possible last minute cancellations. A sign-in list for the day will be available in or in front of the lobby of the Banquet Hall after 5:30AM.  We will begin filling these openings at 7:00AM by first helping any Crafters, having already paid for a space, that are looking to improve their location for the day. Next, if there is a waiting list we will help any crafters already on our list in the order that they are on the waiting list.  Then we will help any new crafters on a first come first serve basis.  There is no guarantee of available space.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO SELL CRAFTS OR CRAFT RELATED ITEMS
