Shoppers and guests faqs

  • Our market is open every Wednesday year round from 8am-6pm (5pm in the winter)

    Our Flea Market vendors are here from roughly 7am-1pm

  • Each Wednesday vendors products change.

    In the Flea Market you will find antiques, collectibles, new items and more.

    Under the roof you will find seasonal fruits/vegetables, crafts, flea market items and home goods.

    In our Market House Buildings you will find fresh cut meats, coffee, candy, home goods, dairy products and more!

    • Please keep pets at home

    • Please smoke outside of our buildings

  • There are 2 ATM’s on site. One is located in our banquet hall and the other in the meeting room both by the indoor bathrooms.

Flea Market FAQ’s

  • The Field and South Flea Market are our designated areas but there are flea market vendors under the pole building/porch and inside our banquet hall.

    We have our main flea market field we will fill up first and once that is completely full we have an overflow section we open. Overflow will ONLY open when upper lot is full.

  • Most flea market vendors will arrive in the early morning to be set up by 7am. They will leave by noon/1pm but they can leave earlier or stay later if they would like.

    • $20/space or $60 for the entire month

    • Spaces marked with a cone are reserved, all other spaces are first come, first serve

    • Vendors must stay within their allotted space and must provide their own tables/chairs

    • Selling guns/illegal items are PROHIBITED

    • You must dispose of all trash in the cans or in the nearest dumpster

    • Space rent is due when management comes around. Failure to have it could result in us asking you to leave

Farmers Market FAQs

  • Pole Building / Porch:

    • Under Roof

    • Roughly 10 x 15 space

    • Two tables per space

    • One parking spot for most spaces

    • Space Pricing

      • Pole Building Space: $40 a week

      • Porch Space: $30 a week

      • Discounts are offered for those that reserve a space by the month

    Banquet Hall

    • Indoor

    • 10 x 10 Space

    • Two tables & one chair per space

    • Pricing

      • Hall : $30 a week

  • Our market is open 8am-6pm (5pm in the winter months) We ask that vendors stay long as they can but to at least 2pm

  • To reserve a space you can do it online or in our office during office hours. You can also call us with your credit card information but there will be an additional $3 credit card fee associated
